US Open

Another Major.
Pebble Beach. I like. All about course management, not the driver.
They say it will suit Tiger & Frankie.
Rory playing great at the moment. Needs to show he can still do it in a Major.
No crazy golf fast greens, made for low scoring.
Should be good

No bets with the bookies, have just entered a 10 quid a man comp where you have to pick 4 players with combined odds of over 200/1.
Lowest combined score wins.
Went for the players with good records at finishing in the top 5 of majors and who had come in the top 10 of a decent amount of the last 15 PGA tournaments.
McIlroy Speith Fowler Howell III
Ignored Koepka purely on the fact the cunt can't keep winning them!

If they all play their best, Rory wins.
I'd love to see Tommy Fleetwood win it.

Browno22 - it’s always worth looking at Oddschecker as they’ll let you know who’s offering the best odds. Kaymer was 120/1 with one bookie but the each way terms can vary.
I still lose my bets but safe in the knowledge that I would have won more money had the miracle happened!

Mclroys lowest winning score is - 12 apparently..so not one for winning when scoring is high.

I think I worded that wrongly, all his wins have been 12 under and better, he's never won on a tough course where the winning score has been worse than 12 under.

Re: US Open

he likes courses he can overpower, and where it's playing soft his power makes even more of a difference. the shorter distance and small greens here won't particularly allow him to dominate like he did last week

Loads of the big names have either posted a score already or are looking decent at the moment. It looks like it could be really open.

You got iptv? Have a look at the kodi thread if not. If you are willing to pay then I'd recommend an iptv. Sounds complicated but it's not too bad and worth the money

Re: US Open

Rose looks decent at the moment and Koepka is on -4 without really playing that well other than the start of his round yesterday.
They reckon the wind is kicking in and could impact the late starters but I wouldn’t be surprised to see McIlroy and Fowler among others put a little bit of pressure on the lead.
It’s a fantastic golf course with some stunning views.
